Star 3YO Hunting Back-To-Back Wins At Moonee Valley On Saturday: Price/Kent

The Price/Kent stable heads to The Valley on Saturday ready for a deep strike early on in the card over 1500m.

Later in the day, the Stable’s value bet is a juicy near double-digit quote on racing royalty in the 9th and the golden girl herself, Jamie Kah jumps into the saddle.

MOONEE VALLEY R3 #3:

ROBRICK $2.90 @ Unibet

Best Bet

Moonee Valley (Saturday)

Race 3, 1500m

Robrick ($2.90, $1.36)

It will be my best bet at Moonee Valley because Deepstrike ($11.00) in the 2000m (Race 7) is hard to catch.

He’s hard to catch, not saying he couldn’t win because he worked good the other day.

But he’ll be out the back, it’ll be a race where there’s not a lot of speed on.

But Robrick is our best, the little 3YO.

Tip: Win

Value Bet

Race 9, 1500m

French Emperor ($9.00, $2.50)

I’d have something on him for two reasons.

One, he has drawn a gate and he’ll get cover and two, J Kah.

His form reads ordinary but when that horse gets no cover, he pulls, he doesn’t finish.

When he gets cover, if he gets a good ride, there looks to be no speed on paper but the 1500m at Moonee Valley have more speed than you think.

So I reckon she will get cover and you know what she’s like, she’s gifted that girl.

Tip: Win

Race 10, 1200m

Maximillius ($6.00, $2.15)

Has got an abundance of pace on, so will need to ride Maximillius good to win.

Tip: Win

Pakenham (Thursday)

Race 1, 1600m

Machinegun Krelley ($2.25, $1.38)

At Pakenham synthetic, you can bet at Pakenham synthetic.

Happy Birthday Machinegun Krelley.

Tip: Win
