There’s juicy value in each of the Busuttin & Young stable’s runners at Caulfield on Saturday and the stable is super confident they will toast a victory with consistent mare Chandon Burj in the 2nd.
The stable’s value bet comes much later in the card when one of the stable’s stars steps out in the 8th at a near $20.00 quote.
Best Bet – Caulfield (Saturday)
CHANDON BURJ ($8.00, $2.50), Race 2, 2000m.
She’s very consistent mare, Oli sticks with her, blinkers go on.
Just trying to get her to travel up a bit better up in the running.
But I think she’s a genuine each-way chance and she should be running top 3 again and hopefully get the money.
Tip: Win

Value Bet
UNCLE BRYN ($18.00, $5.00), Race 8, 2000m.
On paper, he looks right out of form but he’s stepping up to a suitable distance.
He’s racing a bit more to his pedigree this time, gets out to 2000m.
He ran 2nd in the race last time in the Naturalism and I think he goes into this year’s edition in a similar vein of form.
He’s paying big money and I think he’s a good each-way bet.
I think he’ll sit right up on the speed from a good barrier draw and give a good kick and be very hard to beat.
Tip: Win
