Our best bet for Stable Mail for the weekend is Alverdun ($6.50).
Jumping up a bit in grade but he was very dominant last start on a wet track over a mile.
We set him down on the minimum 54kg, looks like that rain is going to come and if the rain does come, he can be very hard to beat.
He’s certainly the best bet for the Busuttin racing stable this week.

Pascero ($7.50) extremely unlucky last start, ran into a brick wall went to the line untested.
He’s Our Bonneval ($6.50) goes very very well fresh, a mad fresh horse.
To be honest, I can’t split either of them and I think whichever gets the best run will finish closer and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them both ride in the finish.
