The Toby Edmonds stable is back on the Gold Coast this Saturday where they will launch a three-pronged attack across three races on the poly track.
The stable’s best bet comes early on the card with an improving 3YO filly looking hard to beat.
Best Bet
Gold Coast (Saturday)
Race 2, 1050m
Bonnie Gee Gee (BT)
I reckon my best is Bonnie Gee Gee.
I think she can nearly win, she had a run the other day and she actually went quite well.
I think she will improve, tongue tie on, she had her tongue out the other day, so she’ll improve pretty quickly there.
Tip: Win
Next Best
Race 4, 1100m
I Am Voodoo (BT)
Short-priced favourite the other day but got beaten, wasn’t ridden very well.
Drawn 9, naturally has drawn out, probably come from the outside.
But we claim on Saturday with Bailey Wheeler, so it will carry 57kgs and should be hard to beat there.
Tip: Win

💥 The 3YO had excuses on debut but was very impressive today at Murwillumbah under jockey Anthony Allen
Many congrats to all the team at @SegenhoeGroup & their fellow owners in this boy 🥂 pic.twitter.com/JZ5tn721QU
Race 7, 1050m
Maroon Magic (BT)
Maroon Magic is a place chance, back to a 1000m, blinkers on.
I ran her the other day over 1200m with blinkers on and she ran through the bridle, done everything upside down.
So bringing her back in distance, leave the same headgear on, should run pretty well.
Tip: Place
Smart debut from the @EdmondsRacing trained Maroon Magic 🔥
