A star filly will relish a stronger tempo at Sandown on Wednesday and racing expert Adam Curkpatrick from The Race Club is backing the 3YO to get the chocolates for a perfect ending for the punters and Price/Kent stable.
Best Bet
Sandown (Wednesday)
Race 3, 1600m
Ferlazzo ($2.44, $1.24)
Was victim to a very slow tempo in her second look at the mile and I have little doubt she turns the tables on the winner there, Perfect Ending ($3.50).
She gets the blinkers on and a favourable run in transit.
Price/Kent hold the key in the race, with the runner I deem the biggest danger, Frankly Elegant ($5.50) engaged.
She had the race on a platter, with hot tempo and doing best late.
Her strength through the final furlong was the best piece of her work and I believe she can progress.
Tip: Win

Value Bet
Sandown (Wednesday)
Race 4, 1000m
La Vina ($14.00, $4.20)
I’ve really warmed to La Vina ($14.00, $4.20) at odds, having her first full prep under Bedggood.
She was given a good shove along in her recent jump out, holding two subsequent strong winners.
The 1000m may be a touch sharp, however the blinkers go on first time, with J Allen booked.
The soft ground will enhance her chances and if she is up to the mark fitness wise, I think she is a strong show at very big odds.
